Orem, Utah (January 20, 2005) Unicity International Inc. a multi-national heath, nutrition, and education company, headquartered in Orem, Utah, recently announced a donation of $2 million dollars in financial and health aid to the victims of the Tsunami disaster in Southeast Asia.

"Our Associates and employees who live in the region impacted by the tsunami have informed us that the most critical needs are for health food supplements and water purification to aid in the long-term relief from the effects of the disaster," Paulo Bangerter, Chairman & CEO of Unicity International stated. "We feel fortunate we are in a position to lend a helping hand. We are very passionate about our mission to 'make life better,' and we are proud of the work our employees and Associates are doing in the area to make life better for the victims of this disaster."

With offices located in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philipines, Thailand, Singapore and other areas affected by the disaster, Unicity is in a unique position to help in ways that many international aid companies may not be able to. Through Associates and employees in local offices, Unicity will distribute food supplements and water purification products in the relief effort.

"We are using our existing infrastructure of offices and our Associate distribution centers to build a long-term relief program to help in the rebuilding that will take many years," said Aaron Webber, Unicity's President and CEO. "Our Associates and our employees are in the area; they know what is needed and how to best help in giving aid. Our regional General Manager, Ronie Tan, will help us coordinate and manage our funds, donations, and resources to make the most impact."

Unicity is donating the food, resources, and water products in conjunction with the Make Life Better Foundation, which has set up a special fund for long-term Tsunami relief efforts. Unicity offices around the world will also be donating funds and resources through the Make Life Better Foundation to contribute to the relief fund. "The Make Life Foundation was created to give our Associates around the world the opportunity to join together and focus their combined resources where the need is greatest," commented David V. Clare, Unicity's Chief Marketing Officer and President of the Make Life Better Foundation. "Since this incident occurred, donations have been pouring in from Associates around the world who are anxious to help."

Unicity has set up a special web site, at www.makelifebetter.com/foundation/mlb_tsunami.html, to highlight how their $2 million contribution is being used to aid the victims of Tsunami.
